beginnings when it grew from a merger with CH Williams, which was established in

project marketing and
commercial asset management in Singapore.
Our commercial
leasing track record has been unrivalled since 1988. We have consistently
achieved the highest turnover of successful leasing deals with sole leasing
agency instructions for office, retail and industrial development totalling
more than 5.4 million sq. ft.
CBRE is also one of Singapore 's top commercial property
managers. We manage close to seven million sq. ft. of prime commercial
space valued at more than S$9.0 billion. In
addition, the company is also very active in undertaking tenant representation
work on behalf of some of the world's largest Multinational Corporations.
CBRE has established an impressive track record in advising our
clients on acquisition and disposal of major investment properties in all
sectors. CBRE is the only marketing
firm to have closed billion-dollar commercial asset deals - the sale of Temasek
Tower at S$1.04 billion, the largest private property transaction in 2007 and
the sale of Singapore Power Building at S$1.01 billion in 2008. The Investment
Sales team handled more than S$5 billion worth of sales since 2007.
CBRE's residential team has also established an impressive track
record. It has managed to sell over 30,229 units in 94 projects since 1993, a
record that has been unrivalled.
