Thirumal
previously was the Head of Chennai and Hyderabad. His role
encompassed primarily Corporate Services, besided overlooking Project Management
and Property /Facilities management.
In his role has
has handled a large variety of assignments for all micromarkets in the South of
India namely Bangalore, Chennai, Cochin, Coimbatore and Hyderabad. He also
facilitated CBRE in the Investments Business for transactions in Chennai and
Hyderbad.
Thirumal has an
overall experience of 14 years in Sales, Marketing, Residential property
sales/leasing, and Business Development, Disposal and Acquisition strategy for
both landlords and tenants.
Thirumal graduated from
the University of
Hyderabad with a Bachelor’s
