Rami heads the CBRE Consulting and Valuation Team at CBRE South Asia and is responsible for the team’s activities in the Indian subcontinent (India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, etc.).

He has ten years of experience in handling a wide variety of assignments including entry and exit strategies, location strategies, real estate portfolio optimization studies, feasibility studies for various developments (IT Parks, special economic zones, large-scale township projects, hospitality related projects, integrated mixed use development) privatization mandates, etc.

Having worked with a host of private and public sector clients in various parts of the country has provided him with an excellent understanding of the real estate market dynamics across key markets in India.

His educational qualifications include a Post graduate degree in finance (Masters in Finance and Control) from University of Delhi (India) and a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Honours) from University of Punjab (India).
