Praveen Apte is a Senior Associate Director with CBRE and heads the Pune region. His role encompasses Corporate Services, Tenant Representation for office, industrial / land and retail space acquisition and initiatives into all the lines of services.

Praveen has successfully completed a diverse portfolio of assignments on behalf of his clients in leasing of office & IT-related space, land and manufacturing space acquisition, conducting FDI partnerships, crafting multi-location expansion strategies, and executing retail space transactions. He provides many of his clients with convenient “single point of contact” relationship in order to advise, transact, and coordinate their real estate requirements. 

Praveen’s commercial real estate background spans 12 years, of which he has spent more than 8 years with CBRE.

Praveen has a Diploma in Business Management (Marketing) from Welingkar’s Institute of Management , Mumbai and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from SIES College, University of Mumbai.
