Ram is part of CBRE India’s Senior Management Team. He joined the company in 1997. His specialized fields of competence includes providing Corporate Real Estate Services for  Multinational Corporates in South India, and consulting services on acquisition and disposition of commercial, industrial and retail premises. Ram manages and coordinates all the activities of CB Richard Ellis’ South India operations.

He is also responsible for the firm's Global Corporate Services group in South India, including strategic planning and consulting, transaction management, portfolio review, lease administration, lease audit, acquisition, disposition, lease renewal and rent review services.

He has close to 12 years experience managing appraisals, rent reviews, commercial leasing and sales, development appraisals, disposal and acquisition strategy for tenants.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis Bangalore, Ram worked in Bangalore for Colliers Jardine, where he set up the Transaction services group in Bangalore.

His educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Christ College , Bangalore University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from St. Xavier’s Institute of Management.
