Gurjot Bhatia is the Senior Executive Director of Project Management Group at CB Richard Ellis in India. He is located at the Delhi office of CBRE.

Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis, Gurjot worked in the Project Management division of two other international real estate companies and was responsible for Project Management throughout India. Gurjot has extensive experience of managing projects at the executive level for a number of major multi-national clients. Under Gurjot’s leadership, the Project Management Group of CB Richard Ellis has consolidated a project portfolio of over 30 Million Square Feet and has grown to a team of more than 250 professionals across India. He has introduced various best practices and processes in the division which has resulted in the group being a frontrunner Project Management service provider in the country.

Gurjot has an overall Project Management experience of more than 14 years. During his tenure with the company, he has been involved with a number of key assignments.

He has a  Bachelors in Physical Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi and a Masters in Construction Management from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research.
