Manish Kashyap is the Managing Director of Transaction Services at CB Richard Ellis South Asia. His role encompasses all the transaction domains of office, retail, industrial, land services and joint ventures with land owners and developers.

He manages a team of over 80 professionals across the country in delivering the services to CBRE clients and has been with the firm since 1996,  a year after it was established in India.

He has had exposure to a wide variety of assignments in executing deals and managing clients for all the key markets in India including Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata. He acts as the conduit for all major CBRE international clients working in India and manages many of these relationships personally.

During his tenure with CB Richard Ellis he has been involved with a number of initiatives over the years and continues to be actively involved in pursuing new initiatives for the company, which include the first sale and lease back deal, the placing of monies on behalf of a client in an investment deal and bagging the prestigious international project marketing of the IT park promoted by the Govt. of Mauritius.

Some of the key clients represented include GE Capital, American Express, Intel, Glaxo SmithKline, Hughes Software Systems, E-Funds, Lucent Technologies, Singapore Airlines, AT&T, AIG, Daksh e Services, AVIVA, NCR, Domino’s Pizza.

Manish graduated from the Hindu College, Delhi University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts. He subsequently obtained his Masters in Business Administration degree from International Management Institute, New Delhi with a specialization in ‘International Marketing’.
