The opening of this office also forms part of the expansion of operations of CB Richard Ellis to second-tier cities across China. CB Richard Ellis has accumulated more than ten years of professional experience in servicing the market in China, with the firm being very active in the Tianjin real estate market since 2003. The opening of the Tianjin office is an important step in the expansion of the business capabilities of CB Richard Ellis across Greater China and reflects the long-term commitment of the company to the China market.
