Landlord Project Services offers specialist project based services to developers of mixed use projects, utilising dedicated resources to co-ordinate and oversee the delivery of integrated services throughout the period within which a project is being developed, leased and operated. This approach facilitates the provision of focused, high quality advice throughout the development process, including development consulting, marketing consultancy, leasing and management, such that we are able to add value to a developer in relation to all aspects of a development project.
 
This project based approach facilitates the provision of multiple services via a single point of contact from within the Landlord Project Services business line, and allows clients with multiple projects across different geographies to benefit from an account management service model, adding value to mixed use development schemes via the provision of multiple services in a highly coordinated manner.
