The Landlord Project Services business line delivers an integrated service platform in relation to large, mixed use developments and client portfolios.  Leveraging the skills and experience of senior personnel within CBRE, the Landlord project services team coordinates our internal resources to ensure quality, consistency and creativity.  By taking a direct client facing role the team understands the needs of our clients and helps them build a unique position and brand for both the individual elements and overall development.  Using international standards within local market situations, the team maximises your competitive advantage through a set of clear messages designed to target decision makers.  Our aim is to push up rental, committment and investment levels through tailored marketing and leasing programmes which are implemented by well trained on site teams led by a general manager.
