professionals worldwide. In Asia, CB Richard Ellis currently has 17 LEED
accredited professionals, 1 Green Mark professional and 4 dedicated energy
managers. To date, CB Richard Ellis' Global Sustainability Programs Group has
completed LEED-EB certification applications on 45 buildings and has 70 more
certifications underway. CB Richard Ellis has registered over 250 buildings
under the US Green Building Council’s LEED-EB rating system and has 29 million
square feet of LEED-EB projects under management. CB Richard Ellis was awarded
the USGBC Leadership Award in 2008, and was also named as an EPA ENERGY STAR
Partner of the Year in 2010. In Asia, CB Richard Ellis is a founding member and
Patron Gold sponsor of the Hong Kong Green Building Council; and the member of
the Singapore Green Building Council.
